Due to Coronavirus Changes to Procedures:

Shipping Policy

We are no longer able to offer free shipping on all orders to our customers due to the increase incurred from UPS, Fedex, and USPS across the board for as well as increased tariffs on specific decor and linen items.  In addition we are experiencing some delays with shipping during these times.  Please be patient with your packages they will arrive currently within a 2 week time period.

Merchandise will ship from our warehouse within 3-5 days of purchase assuming inventory is available, Monday thru Friday.  Please add an extra day for shipping if you order during a holiday, weekend or the Christmas Holiday Season.  Shipping fees are quoted using the table below and will be shipped via USPS or Fedex (during Coronavirus delays, unless noted in order -please call us for special shipping orders 1-877-589-7191).  Please make sure you provide a safe place for your packages to be delivered as a request for delivery with signature is currently not available.  We are not responsible for stolen packages.

Oversize  or Heavy weight Items (noted by {w}) and Items shipped outside the U.S. may incur additional shipping charges.

*Please note if you order contains any sale items free shipping does not apply unless you meet the $150.00 minimum.  (We try to bring you the best prices on our decor, and with that we cannot include free shipping at this time).

Here is our Shipping Table on all standard orders:

Hawaii & Alaska adds an extra $65.00 to each order for additional shipping charges.

Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is very important to us and our ultimate goal is to provide you the customer an enjoyable shopping experience with our eclectic mix of quality linens and home décor.  But due to a tight margin on our products value we are no longer able to accept returns for disliking an item, color variations, or flaws due to the distressed nature of the product.  So please be sure the item in your cart is correct before final purchase.

At this time we are no longer able to accept returns on merchandise for any reason other than shipping damage or a mis-ship due to an error on our part.  Shipping charges will only be refunded on an error of shipment from Teton Timberline Trading.   No other shipping charges will be refunded.  Monogrammed, Custom-made, Seasonal/Holiday and Clearance Sale items are also non-returnable unless the error was ours.  We will however accept exchanges on any size issue with our comforters, duvets,quilts  and or rugs if they do not fit or an incorrect size measurement was stated on the website.

In addition, If you refuse a shipment upon delivery, Teton Timberline Trading will deduct the return shipping fees and handling charges from your item for refund or returned merchandise credit.

Please Note:  CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES ON RETURNED OR EXCHANGED MERCHANDISE. Shipping charges are nonrefundable once your order has been shipped. We will refund return shipping and handling charges only if an error occurs that was due to an oversight of Teton Timberline Trading.  An oversight being an incorrectly labeled product (you received the wrong item) or damaged goods due to a shipping problem, or an error of our doing.   Please note there are color variations via the web, as well as some distressed flaws on merchandise, so please make sure you read all descriptions before purchase.

Your reimbursement will be made in one of these options:

  • Refund your merchandise amount in the same manner it was originally paid.
  • Send a replacement or an exchange.
  • Receive a merchandise credit certificate for use on a future purchase (normally only if there is a problem with your return).

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL RETURNS:

Please EMAIL [email protected]  or call 1-877-589-7191 for a required Return Authorization number and then send your standard returns to our local warehouse to the address provided in your email. 

Merchandise shipped directly from any of our manufacturers- MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED unless you have prior authorization.  Merchandise will state shipped directly from manufacturer on website.  To receive authorization you must provide proof the merchandise was damaged in transit or flawed by manufacturing.  We will require proof via pictures for your return to be processed.   You may call us at the returns phone number and arrange for a return authorization number.   We will provide you with the return address at that time.

When returning an item, use the original packaging and pack it securely. Merchandise must be in new condition in manufacturer’s packaging with all labels attached. Please adequately insure your item in case you need to make a claim with the carrier you choose for returning your item.

Include your order number and reason for return. We recommend keeping the receipt for 6 weeks.

Please allow up to three weeks for your exchange or refund to be delivered to you.  Additionally, it may take up to two billing cycles to see the credit for returned items on your credit card billing statement.

Privacy Policy

We never share any of your information with any third party. All of your personal information is kept secure throughout your interactions with us. We will only use your information for our own marketing purposes or if required by law to furnish your information to the courts.

Payment Options and Billing Terms

Teton Timberline Trading accepts most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Master Card, and American Express.

At this time, no financing options are available and orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. Your total order cost will be the sum of the listed prices in your shopping cart plus any applicable tax or shipping charges.

Sales tax will be accessed to any orders shipping to the State of Wyoming.

Please Note:    We have the right to refuse anyone service at any time.  We also have the right to refuse service especially if we detect any anomalies in the transaction at at hand.

Cancellations Terms

We will accept cancellations of orders within the day you purchased the item up to 6 p.m. Mountain Standard Time.  If you wish to cancel your order please call us at 1-877-589-7191 or email us at [email protected]  We will attempt to make sure  your order is cancelled promptly, if it is not cancelled within the specified time period we will refund your purchase in full the next active business day (our warehouse and offices are currently closed Saturday and Sunday due to Coronavirus).

Please also note some items may have inventory discrepancies due to timing from our vendors updates and/or inaccurate inventory counts.  If your product proves to be out of stock at the time we received  your order we have the right to refund you in full and inform you of the discrepancy and refund part or all of  your transaction.  Please allow at least 24 hours for your refund to show up on your account or credit card as we Batch once a day.

2020 Holiday Order Deadlines

  • July 4 – Teton Timberline Trading is Closed for the Independence Day Holiday. 
  • November 26 – Teton Timberline Trading is Closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday
  • December 15 – Last day for standard Fedex SmartPost and USPS First Class (not guaranteed for Christmas Delivery)
  • December 17 – Last day for Fedex/USPS 2-Day Service for Guaranteed Christmas Delivery (extra shipping charges apply) Deadline Time for Order is 10 AM, MST
  • December 21 – Last Day for FedEx Overnight Service for Guaranteed Christmas Delivery (extra shipping charges apply).  Deadline Time for Order is 10 AM, MST
  • December 24, 25 & 26 – Teton Timberline Trading is Closed for the Christmas Holiday.
  • Please Note:  We cannot guarantee arrival by Christmas for items that require extra delivery time (directly from the manufacturer) and orders going to destinations outside the U.S. or our shippers’ standard delivery areas placed after Dec 15th.
  • January 1st – Teton Timberline Trading is Closed for New Years Day 
  • January 2nd-3rd – Teton Timberline Trading is Closed for Inventory Count
